Data backup and recovery
SRA automatically backs up all school data daily, with point-in-time recovery available on request.
Automated backups
Full database backups run daily at midnight EAT. Backups are retained for 30 days. Encrypted copies are stored in geographically separate locations.
Requesting a restore
If you need to recover from data loss (e.g., accidental bulk deletion), contact SRA support with your school name and the date you want to restore to. Recovery is typically completed within 4 business hours.
SRA does not expose a self-service restore tool. All restores are performed by SRA staff to prevent accidental data replacement.
