Understanding the analytics dashboard

A guide to every section of the SRA dashboard — KPI cards, performance charts, at-risk alerts, and test completion.

The SRA dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your school's academic health. It is organised into several sections, each answering a different question.

KPI cards (top row)

Total Students — active enrollment count
Subjects — configured vs total
Classes — number of active classes
Staff Members — teachers and admin accounts

School composition charts

Three pie charts show gender split, student status (active/suspended/graduated), and subject type breakdown (Core/Optional/Elective).

Operational metrics (term-specific)

Pending Moderations — submissions awaiting review
Reports Generated — this month
At-Risk Students — failing 2+ subjects
Test Completion — % of expected mark entries done

Academic performance section

Shows pass rate, division breakdown, and graded vs enrolled counts for O-Level and/or A-Level, depending on your school configuration.
