At-risk student identification
How SRA flags students who are failing two or more subjects, and how to use that data for early intervention.
At-risk students are those failing 2 or more subjects in the current term. SRA identifies them automatically once marks are entered and grade calculation is run.
Where to find at-risk data
- Dashboard → At-Risk Students card (admin/officer roles)
- Analytics → At-Risk Report for full details
Risk levels
- High risk — failing 3 or more subjects
- Medium risk — failing exactly 2 subjects
Taking action
- Click a student's name to view their full result breakdown
- Use the Communications module to notify parents
- Coordinate with the class teacher for targeted support
