Test completion monitoring

Track which teachers have entered marks and which assessments are still pending — term-wide and per subject.

Test completion shows how many mark entries have been made vs how many are expected for the selected term.

How it is calculated

Expected entries = enrolled students × number of test types per subject configuration. Actual entries = mark records saved in the system.

The dashboard Test Completion card shows the overall % rate
The Test Completion panel lists each subject with its completion bar
Subjects at 0% may mean the teacher hasn't started — send a reminder via the Communications module
