Setting up your school profile
Complete your school's profile — logo, contact details, level configuration, and approval status.
Your school profile is the foundation of SRA. Accurate profile data appears on all generated reports and determines which features are available to your school.
Steps
- Go to Settings → School Profile
- Upload your school logo (PNG/SVG, min 200×200px)
- Enter the official school name exactly as it appears on NECTA documents
- Set your school level: CSEE, ACSEE, or BOTH
- Add the physical address, region, and district
- Enter the headmaster's name and contact phone/email
Approval
After submitting your profile, a System Administrator reviews and approves it. Until approved, report generation is disabled. You will receive an email notification when your school is approved.
The school level setting (CSEE/ACSEE/BOTH) controls which grade calculation formulas and division tables are used throughout the system.
