Welcome to SRA — Platform Overview
A high-level tour of the SRA platform — what it does, who it's for, and how the key modules fit together.
SRA (Student Results Analyzer) is a cloud-based school management system built specifically for Tanzanian secondary schools. It covers the full results lifecycle — from mark entry to NECTA-compliant PDF reports.
Who is SRA for?
- School Administrators — manage the whole school
- Academic Officers — review and moderate results
- Teachers — enter marks for their subjects
Key modules
- Results & Grading — enter marks, run grade calculation, manage divisions
- Analytics — dashboards, class rankings, subject trends, at-risk alerts
- Reports — generate CSEE/ACSEE PDF transcripts and result summaries
- Communications — SMS, email, and WhatsApp result delivery
- User Management — invite staff, assign roles and classes
SRA supports both CSEE (Form 4) and ACSEE (Form 6) levels, and can be configured for schools that offer both.
