Setting up classes and streams

Create form levels, add class streams, and assign class teachers.

Classes in SRA represent a specific year group and stream — for example, Form 4 Science or Form 2 Arts. Students are enrolled into a class before they can be assigned to subjects.

Steps

Go to Classes → Add Class
Select the form level (Form 1 through Form 6)
Add a stream if applicable (Science, Arts, Commerce, etc.)
Assign a class teacher
Link the class to an academic year

Form 5 and Form 6 classes are only available if your school level is set to ACSEE or BOTH.
