Audit logs and activity tracking
View a full log of every create, update, and delete action performed in SRA — by whom and when.
The Audit Log records every significant action in SRA: user logins, mark entries, moderation decisions, report generation, and settings changes.
Accessing audit logs
- Go to Audit Logs in the sidebar (School Admin and System Admin only)
- Filter by date range, user, entity type, or action
- Export to CSV for compliance reporting
What is logged
- User sign-in and sign-out
- Mark creation, update, and submission
- Moderation approvals and rejections
- Report generation
- User account creation, deactivation, and role changes
- Subject and class configuration changes
