Managing multiple school admins

Best practices for sharing School Admin access with multiple staff members without conflicts.

Multiple users can hold the School Admin role. This is useful for larger schools where responsibilities are shared between a headmaster and a deputy or data officer.

Recommendations

  • Assign School Admin only to staff who need full access — use Academic Officer for those who only manage results
  • Each admin should have their own account — do not share credentials
  • Review the Audit Log regularly to see who made which changes
