Communication delivery reports
Check the delivery status of every SMS, email, or WhatsApp message sent through SRA.
Every message sent through SRA is tracked. Delivery reports show whether each message was sent, delivered, or failed.
Accessing reports
- Go to Communications → Delivery Reports
- Filter by date range, channel, or batch
- Click a batch to see per-recipient status
Failure reasons
- Invalid number — the phone number format is incorrect
- Unreachable — the number is off or out of coverage
- Insufficient balance — top up your SMS credits and retry
