Bulk messaging — SMS blasts
Send a custom text message to all parents, a specific class, or a filtered group of students in one batch.
SMS blasts let you send any custom message to a group of parents — useful for school announcements, exam reminders, or fee notifications.
Steps
- Go to Communications → New Message
- Select audience: All Parents, Class, or Custom Filter
- Type your message (max 160 characters per SMS)
- Preview recipient count and estimated cost
- Click Send
Messages longer than 160 characters are split into multiple SMS units and billed accordingly.
