Managing parent contact details
Add, update, and import parent phone numbers and email addresses linked to student records.
Parent contact details are stored on each student's profile. They are used by the Communications module for SMS, email, and WhatsApp delivery.
Adding contacts
- Go to Students → select a student → Edit
- Add parent/guardian name, phone number, and email
- Save
Bulk import
- Go to Students → Import → Download the contacts CSV template
- Fill in student ID, guardian name, and phone
- Upload and confirm
