Configuring email notifications
Set up system email notifications for staff — mark entry reminders, moderation alerts, and report availability.
SRA sends automated emails to staff for key events. You can configure which notifications are enabled for your school.
Available notifications
- Teacher mark entry deadline reminders
- Moderation request notifications to Academic Officers
- Report generation completion alerts
- User account invitation emails
Configuring notifications
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle each notification type on or off
- Set deadline reminder lead times (e.g., 3 days before term end)
