Configuring email notifications

Set up system email notifications for staff — mark entry reminders, moderation alerts, and report availability.

SRA sends automated emails to staff for key events. You can configure which notifications are enabled for your school.

Available notifications

  • Teacher mark entry deadline reminders
  • Moderation request notifications to Academic Officers
  • Report generation completion alerts
  • User account invitation emails

Configuring notifications

  • Go to Settings → Notifications
  • Toggle each notification type on or off
  • Set deadline reminder lead times (e.g., 3 days before term end)
