WhatsApp result sharing
Send individual result PDFs to parents via WhatsApp using the SRA WhatsApp integration.
If your school has the WhatsApp Business API integration enabled, you can send result PDFs as WhatsApp messages directly to parent numbers.
Steps
- Go to Communications → Send Results
- Select students or a class
- Choose delivery channel: WhatsApp
- Select the message template (must be a pre-approved WhatsApp template)
- Click Send
WhatsApp delivery requires an active WhatsApp Business API integration. Contact support to set this up for your school.
