Generating a NECTA-compliant PDF report
Generate individual result slips, class summary sheets, and school-level result summaries as NECTA-compliant PDFs.
SRA generates PDF reports in NECTA-standard format. Three report types are available: individual result slips, class summary sheets, and school-level result summaries.
Pre-requisites
- Grade calculation must have been run for the term
- All marks must be moderated and approved
- School profile must be approved by System Administrator
Steps
- Go to Reports → Generate Report
- Select the term and class (or choose 'All Classes' for school-wide)
- Choose the report type: Result Slips, Class Summary, or School Summary
- Click Generate — the PDF is created and available for download within seconds
- Download or print directly from the Reports screen
Report types
- Result Slip — one page per student, showing all subject marks, grade, division, and GPA
- Class Summary — one sheet per class showing all students ranked by GPA
- School Summary — aggregated statistics across all classes and subjects for the term
PDFs include the school name, logo, headmaster signature line, and academic year/term header — ensure your school profile is complete before generating.
