Troubleshooting common report errors

Solutions to the most common errors encountered when generating PDF reports.

"Grade calculation not run"

Run grade calculation first: Go to Grading → Calculate Grades for the affected term and class.

"Pending moderation items"

All mark submissions for the term must be approved before reports can be generated. Go to Moderation and resolve any pending requests.

"Missing school profile data"

Your school logo, name, or headmaster field is empty. Complete your profile in Settings → School Profile.

"No students in class"

The selected class has no enrolled students for that term. Check enrollment via Enrollment → Manage Enrollments.
