Generating school-wide result summaries
Generate aggregate result statistics across all classes for a term — useful for board meetings and NECTA submissions.
The school summary report gives a single-page breakdown of performance across all classes, including pass rates, mean GPA, and division distribution.
Steps
- Go to Reports → Generate Report
- Select the term
- Choose Report Type: School Summary
- Download the PDF
What's included
- Class-by-class pass rates and mean marks
- Overall division breakdown for CSEE/ACSEE
- Subject pass rates ranked from highest to lowest
- Year-on-year comparison if prior terms exist
